With help from some intrepid dung beetles, science ambassador JD Stillwater takes us on a tour of discoveries from mainstream science that reveal an underlying connectedness in everything from human bodies to ecosystems to the very fabric of space-time. JD’s multimedia presentation will be augmented by LIVE MUSIC from Doug McWilliams and Jani Wanner-McWilliams.

Jani Wanner McWilliams MEd., LPC singer, counselor, vocalist, environmentalist, grandparent, wife & mother, is a lover of music as change agent and shared language. From early years of family songfests, choirs and camp songs, guitar and gigs, community organizer and mental health professional. Jani has vocal training from  Baldwin Wallace University conservatory under teacher Melvin Hakola, the original music therapy school consortium, and currently trains with Amanda Powell from Apollo’s Fire. As a vocalist and voice student Jani has always found affinity with music as the Earth’s song. As we explore the interconnectedness of us all, join Jani as she explores harmony together with her partner in song of over 5 decades!

Douglas McWilliams, Esq. spent his first third of life performing music to inspire action for peace and justice on stages with Pete Seeger, Graham Nash, Carlos Santana, the Doobie Brothers, James Taylor, Bonnie Raitt, and many others. In his next third of life, Doug became a highly regarded environmental lawyer.  Now on the threshold of his third third, his songwriting, singing, and guitar playing is returning to capture life lessons learned along his unique life’s journey. Collaboration is now his passion with his wife Jani, with old friends like JD and Ann Stillwater, and with new folks like you.
